Now through the end of April, Sur la Table is hosting a free knife sharpening event. There is a two knife limit per person. We went down there last night and Mark and I each brought two knives. My initial plan was to go in and not buy ANYTHING - just get my knives sharpened and leave. Can you see where this is going? Anyway, as we walked all the Easter items were on sale RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. There were these two cute aprons matching for mother and daughter. They jumped right in the basket. Then the ice cream scoop we needed because our previous one took on spiritual form. Found some cute wooden spoons, a couple of gadgets and a glass jar. Oh well, it was fun. We had a great time and we left with really sharp knives. Plus we'll look really cute on Easter in our matching aprons!
